ARTICLE ONE
Section 1.0. FOG is a think tank forum which encourages ordinary people from different religions, professions, careers and countries to come together to debate issues and brainstorm ideas to make this world kinder and less violent. The branch which makes the final decision on issues up for debate is called the House of Friends. It is comprised of elected or appointed members of FOG.
The House of Friends shall be made up of twenty-two Caucuses:

Entrepreneurs Caucus
Muslim Caucus
Lawyers Caucus
Teachers Caucus
Gay/Lesbian Caucus
Single Caucus

Section 2.0.
Members' Mission: To debate the issues that confronts our world fearlessly, impartially, and with probity and to arrive at decisions that will create a worldwide positive behavior modification plan to implement these decisions. This will be accomplished through educational and spiritual self-improvement programs, and the encouragement of selfless acts of kindness and generosity.
